Accommodation Information

Our units are 529 square foot 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartments that are leased unfurnished, with the exception of a range and refrigerator. Water, sewer, garbage, recycling and compost services are included in the rent. All apartments have individual electrical meters and tenants are required to establish their own electrical utility account at move in.

All units are wired for cable TV and wired telephone service. These optional services, including internet service from either provider, are available but must be purchased from their respective providers. All units feature smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, and two emergency-call pull switches located in the bedroom and bathroom. We also offer a limited number of wheelchair-accessible units.
