Amenities and Utilities

We offer elevator service and ground-floor common areas which include coin operated laundry, meeting room with complete kitchen, and exercise room with two recumbent workout bikes and a big screen TV. There is a pea patch for tenant use located between the building and our adjacent park. We are located within walking distance of Seattle’s international district. There is a First Hill Streetcar stop in front of our building and several bus stops for varying routes within one block. Our views of the city and surrounding landscape are also quite nice.

Lumen Technologies is our land telephone and internet (DSL) provider. If service is desired tenants are responsible for establishing and maintaining their own personal account with Lumen Technologies


Cable TV and internet services are available through Astound Broadband. If service is desired tenants are responsible for establishing and maintaining their own personal account with Astound Broadband.

 

Tenants are required to establish and maintain an electric utility account with Seattle City Light. Please note their low-income assistance program located on the website.


Sewer, garbage, recycling, composting, and water service are included in the monthly rent.
